Q: Where do you ship?
A: We ship chandelier products worldwide.

Please Note: We only provide 100% free shipping within the Continental United States. If your shipment is to any country other than the United States, please contact us.

Q: Do you offer free shipping over a certain purchase amount?
A: All our prices include free shipping.

Q: How long does it typically take to receive the product?
A: Products are made after the order is process. It normally takes 2-3 weeks within the United States after placing your order. Your product will be shipped straight to your home, office or whatever address you’ve provided.

Q: Do you offer support if the delivery goes wrong?
A: Yes. Please contact us by phone or email during opening hours Monday-Friday 9am-5pm central time.

Please Note: We can assist you with your shipment but we are not responsible for any damage caused by shipping companies. In any event where there’s a problem, you must contact the shipping company and/or file an insurance claim with the shipping company.

Q: Do you offer discounts?
A: Certainly, we offer discounts for everyone, e.g. new customers, repeat customers, holidays etc… When you sign up for our newsletter, lookout for our promotional emails. To receive a discount, simply apply the code on the checkout page.
